How to Do It Right
To enjoy the benefits of the sun without risking skin health, there is no need to spend hours at the beach. Leading neuroscientists (such as Prof. Andrew Huberman from Stanford University) recommend a simple and effective routine:
- The Morning Window: Try to go outside within one to two hours of waking up. Exposure to light during these hours is most effective for synchronizing the biological clock.
- How Long? On clear and sunny days, 10-15 minutes spent outdoors is completely sufficient. On cloudy days, it is recommended to stay outside for about 20-30 minutes, as the amount of light is lower.
