Q & A

The daily workout takes place once per day.
Once you finish your training session, you can proceed to the exercise section and freely practice with the individual exercises.
Your next training session will become available the following morning, providing your brain with an opportunity to rest and consolidate the newly acquired knowledge. This process, known as “consolidation,” resembles the rest muscles require to recover and grow after a workout.

To maximize the effectiveness of the trainings, we suggest a minimum of three sessions per week.
However, feel free to engage in additional training as you desire, as a new workout becomes available each day.
This frequency is recommended because, similar to physical training, it is crucial to consistently push yourself and gradually increase the intensity over time. This allows your body to allocate the required energy for adaptation and enhancing its systems.

You can access our training from any device: smartphone, tablet, desktop computer, or laptop. We recommend using a computer or tablet as they allow display on a larger screen.

In order to optimally support the system, we recommend using a device from the last 5 years.
